I am a creative content producer with extensive experience producing marketing and advertising creative for agencies and corporations. Types of projects that I produce range from lifestyle photoshoots, product photoshoots, videos (CGI and live action), previsualization, radio, html banners, and any type of print. My most recent experience is with image creation to support global corporate needs that are served in a digital asset management system that I launched and supported. However, I can handle projects from concept to completion. Working closely with a creative team or independently I partner with vendors as needed to bring projects to life. I have experience scoping projects, estimating, negotiating, creating SOWs, managing budgets and schedules, reviewing scripts and boards, shotlists, managing retouching, reviewing color proofs, managing edits, sound design and mix, color grading, voice over sessions, translation process and prepping for global use of content.
From strategic planning to execution I produce and manage large scale photoshoots to support global marketing efforts for all aspects of marketing, talent acquisition and internal communications at a brand level for companies.
My role as the senior producer for these video projects consisted the following :
• management of the creative production process
• sourced and contracted directors and production companies to shoot original footage
• on set-management and oversight of the crew and creative capture
• estimate and negotiate with all vendors
• execute scope of work documents and write purchase orders
• manage talent and location search and review
• maintain schedule and budget
• work directly with editor for reviews and feedback
• attend and review colorgrade
• attend and review audio effects, voice over, and mix
This brand video is a combination of stock and original stop time lapse footage captured by Tom Nagy during a video and still shoot. All finishing CG work was completed by Spy Post and edited in house.
Role: Producer
This video was conceived, directed, produced and finished in-house for a pro bono client and used to help get investors on board with the Geneva Car Barn and Power house community center project.
The videos shown here are case studies that reference all the creative assets that support one integrated campaign. My role in these projects was as project manager, art buyer, print production manager and producer . The individual pieces of these campaigns and more detail on my role can be seen on the other sections of the site.
Social media video and integrated campaign to promote Symantec's Back Up Exec 2015 product. The video was viewable on YouTube as a "choose your own adventure" interactive story with choices throughout the video where the viewer could make a choice and change the ending of the video. We created online banners, and memes to promote the game. The video drove users to a landing page in order to capture leads.
Digital billboards and DemandBase online banners were created in order to drive traffic to a landing environment for a company called Spredfast. This was created specifically for an event in Manhattan. We had a very limited budget for production on this project and my team was creative in finding low cost solutions to execute the work. We used actors over green screen to set up each scenario before the still images were layered on top of them.
Video that shows the integrated campaign created for VSP Vision Care. This campaign included: online banners, website, print, and direct mail. Working with the photographer, retoucher and internal creative team to create a unique look for a vision care company was very fun and the collaborative outcome was great.
The following examples are static ad-like objects. They were used in print ads, online, and out of home. They were produced by me alongside a talented creative team and outsourced vendors to bring these to life. My role in the projects was: art buyer/imagery producer, print production manager, and project manager.

Following are examples of some high-touch direct mail pieces. They were concepted by creative teams and executed by designers, production artists and printers. The examples here are targeted at a C-level audience (Turn and Service Source) and potential customers (VSP). I have produced many standard and complex direct mail postcards and packages. Each of these pieces were unique and required R&D at the printer and constant collaboration and consultation with the creative team and client.
I can produce standard out of home boards with my eyes closed, but event signage, custom units, experiential displays, and trade show graphics definitely requires "eyes open" production management. Once example of on-campus murals for Symantec is below. These types of projects require daily check in with all members of the team and constant creative problem solving to reach the end goal (beautiful marketing materials on display).
Below are examples of typical online banner ads. I have worked on standard banners, rich media banners, expandable and high impact units.

Most of my experience lies with landing pages and microsites. I depend heavily on information architects, UX/UI designers, and front end developers on order to get a site live. This is an example of a micsrosite for NetApp. The live site can be seen here: http://www.netapp.com/us/campaigns/data-fabric/index.aspx
